Chief Executive Officer
Vasilis is a Food Technologist and has taken several positions as Safety, Health and Environment QC / QA Analyst, Production Manager and Process Validation Officer. As an active member of Continuous Improvement he participated in many projects involving the optimization of the Production Process and the reducing of Production Costs. At the same time he participated in the development of many new products such as yoghurt, baby milk and generics. He also had the opportunity to actively participate in the construction of a milk production unit and of a pharmaceuticals and cosmetics factory.
Chief Operating Officer
Akis is a Civil Engineer, who holds a Master Degree in "Energy, Architecture and Environment" and is certified as "European Energy Manager". He is also certificated with ISO 13790/2008 as Energy Inspector of the Technical Chamber of Greece. Akis began his professional career as an engineer of planning and designing buildings. Throughout the years he has been employed as a Supervisor Engineer to sustainable energy projects, coordinating labour operations, organizing and training network of consultants and sellers. The last two years worked as a Utilities Manager in a pharmaceutical company.
The company was founded in 2015 in order to create an industrial unit of microencapsulation of Greek olive oil. After its successful introduction in a business incubator , the company is starting to develop its first products such as Extra Virgin Olive Oil Powder, Virgin Olive Oil Powder, Olive Oil Powder and premium series.

Ardus is contracted from the synonymous term aridus ("dry, arid, parched") and from the synonymous term arefacio ("I make dry").
Using the technology of microencapsulation via spray drying we are unlocking the potential uses of any liquid natural ingredient in food, cosmetics and supplements industries.
